This yoga class combines therapeutic principles with Hatha yoga to help release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance. Enjoy slow, full-body stretches while focusing on alignment, mindful breathing, and connection. This gentle yet deep approach promotes calm, balance, and overall well-being, guiding you to unlock your body’s natural healing potential. All levels are welcome—no experience required, with plenty of cues to make each posture safe and effective for you

To make this class the most enjoyable, please bring to class 2 yoga blocks (or books), a yoga strap (or bathrobe tie, etc), a blanket, and a chair within reach. .

4 Week Therapeutic Yoga series

This gentle 4-class series is designed to support the body and calm the mind. Each week, participants will explore therapeutic practices targeting common areas of tension—lower back, neck, and hips—along with accessible stretches, mindful movement, and breathwork to ease stress and improve mobility.

Ideal for anyone looking to release stiffness, move with greater ease, and learn simple tools for daily self-care.  I have over 20 years of experience, guiding participants through safe and supportive practices suited to all levels.

One of the few benefits of 2020 has been rejoining Inner Glow’s practice via Zoom. It doesn’t matter where I am but now I get to participate and practice. It’s a great complement to my regular fitness routine. Hope this online format can continue once we return to “normal”. The experience is superior. Even though it is a virtual session Janine interacts in such a way that you feel like you are in a live studio. These sessions are not like most yoga sessions. There is more therapeutic application and for me I can feel the results of improved movement, flexibility, balance and a decrease in sore muscles and joints.
