“I have known and worked with Janine for several years she is a phenomenal gifted, caring practitioner she is very in tune with her clients and their needs. In talking with Janine after the yoga therapy class I advised her I was on stress leave from work. She asked if I had heard of EFT. I was quite taken with the idea as I needed to change my brain narrative to deal with a difficult work situation and co-workers. Unable to release my anger and move forward I was willing to try this tapping technique. After only a 1 hour session of EFT, my thought process had shifted and changed. What an amazing workshop, it was like a deep breath of fresh air, after this workshop I now have new tools in my pocket.
