Each week, you’ll explore therapeutic practices to ease tension in the lower back, neck, and hips, along with simple stretches, mindful movement, and breathwork to support stress relief and better mobility. Designed for all levels, this series offers gentle, supportive practices led by an instructor with over 20 years of experience.The 4-week series runs January 6–27 only. Missed classes cannot be carried over to the next session, and no refunds are offered for missed classes at this rate. A Zoom recording will be provided as a makeup for any missed class.
