Description
These classes support the body and calm the mind through therapeutic movement, gentle stretching, and breathwork focused on easing tension in the lower back, neck, and hips. Led by an instructor with over 20 years of experience, each session offers simple, supportive practices for all levels.
For the January 6–27 session, you may purchase 1–3 classes. Classes cannot be carried over, and no refunds are offered for unused classes. A Zoom recording will be provided as a makeup for any missed class.
