Janine is a versatile, compassionate, and intuitive guide who helps clients understand the deep connection between mind and body. Through transformational practices, she empowers individuals to find balance, clarity, and wholeness. Janine brings wellness to life with her embodied knowledge of anatomy and movement, offering tools that support healing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
With training that began in 2002, she has guided thousands of classes and private sessions. Her work blends therapeutic movement, energy practices, and mindful awareness to help others access their natural healing potential and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. Her mission is to support people in elevating their lives and strengthening the relationship between mind, body, and spirit.
Janine is a Trauma-Informed, Certified Yoga Therapist, Advanced Yoga Instructor, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) Practitioner, Reiki Master, Spiritual Coach, Energy Worker, Chi Gong Instructor, Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, Mat Pilates Instructor, Nutritional Advisor, and Author.
As a proud Métis woman, Janine honors the wisdom and teachings of her ancestors in both her personal path and professional offerings. Her Indigenous heritage shapes her approach to healing—rooted in connection, respect, and the understanding that wellness is a sacred, ongoing relationship with ourselves and the world around us.

“I have known and worked with Janine for several years she is a phenomenal gifted, caring practitioner she is very in tune with her clients and their needs. In talking with Janine after the yoga therapy class I advised her I was on stress leave from work. She asked if I had heard of EFT. I was quite taken with the idea as I needed to change my brain narrative to deal with a difficult work situation and co-workers. Unable to release my anger and move forward I was willing to try this tapping technique. After only a 1 hour session of EFT, my thought process had shifted and changed. What an amazing workshop, it was like a deep breath of fresh air, after this workshop I now have new tools in my pocket. If you have the opportunity to view the recorded sessions or participate in future workshops don’t let the opportunity pass you by. Janine’s depth of knowledge, experience, and intuition enabled her to speak directly to the part of me that has been searching for years for healing. This workshop is a lifting off point that makes me ask what can I do for myself. Janine, thank you for sharing your wisdom about stress and how it affects my body. Your workshop provided simple, yet powerful mindful practices to incorporate into my daily life to help me calm my nervous system.
